Returns or exchanges

Before returning your order, please endeavour to contact us prior by email or phone.

To refund or exchange you will need to return the item(s) first by sending the item(s) back to our physical address.

You can return for exchange items that you have bought at our online store if the items have not been worn or used, are in saleable condition and are returned with all their original packaging.  

Damaged, worn, or used items will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

We suggest that you select an insured ‘track and trace’ shipping or postage method.  You are responsible for taking care of the goods and will be liable for damage until we receive them. Please carefully package your item.

Please include your proof of purchase.

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.  

You will be advised once we have received your item(s) by phone or email listed on your customer account.

Shipping costs to return an item/s will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. In this case, please contact us to arrange to ship.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Please note that the online store may be out of stock of the new sizes, colours or products
